Our Process
We take pride in keeping our process simple, clean, and natural—just the way it should be. Our journey starts in the fertile fields of Haiti, where peanuts and cocoa are grown under the warm tropical sun. Local farmers carefully harvest each crop by hand, ensuring only the freshest and most flavorful ingredients make it into our jars and bars.
From there, the peanuts are gently roasted to bring out their natural aroma and ground into a creamy, protein-rich manba, while cocoa beans are fermented, dried, and pressed into rich, smooth bars. No additives, no shortcuts—just 100% organic, natural goodness. Finally, we package each jar and bar with care, ready to bring a taste of Haiti’s tradition and authenticity straight to your table.
